I’m a software developer and coffee roaster based in Tokyo.
I’m Ikuto. I began programming because I wanted the power to make my ideas real. My passion for the physical, sensory craft of coffee roasting led me to begin roasting my own coffee and open an online store, ARIGATO COFFEE, along with a companion roasting app, ARIGATO COFFEE ROASTERY.
